    General

    We provide companies and individuals with flexible and affordable ergonomic workspace subscriptions. This helps you equip your employees with a proper ergonomic work setup wherever they are, so that they are comfortable and can perform to the best of their abilities.

    1. Ensure that your remote team is equipped with ergonomic workspaces.
    2. Reduce upfront cost by accessing premium ergonomic equipment and accessories on a low monthly subscription.
    3. Have the flexibility to upgrade, refresh or return equipment every few months, to ensure optimal workspaces.
    4. Scale or downsize with full flexibility and no commitment.
    5. Reduce your carbon footprint by minimising furniture waste.

    It’s simple. To start your Esevel journey, simply choose a product and a subscription term. Product prices will vary based on the term you choose. Add the products you like to cart and checkout. At checkout select:
    1. whether you want to have white-glove installation service for your product.
    2. A delivery date and time that works for you.
    Our subscription plans have flexible terms that allow you to upgrade, exchange, buy out or cancel products at any time during the subscription period. At the end of your term, you can continue, return, replace or even buy out your products.

    We charge a refundable security deposit. If the products are returned, we also charge a return fee of $30 per location. All other charges are optional, including the white-glove installation service.

    Yes, we have a simple subscription agreement that we will email to you after you checkout. If you’d like to review it ahead of time, email us at hello@esevel.com and we will be happy to share it with you.

    Our products are ex-rental units in good condition. All our furniture and equipment undergo a stringent process of maintenance, refurbishment and sanitization, before they are sent out to you.

    Subscription Term

    Our available terms are 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. If you intend to subscribe for longer than 12 months, reach out to us at hello@esevel.com and we would be happy to give you a special pricing.

    Yes, you can subscribe for a short-term subscription for a minimum period of 1 month.

    The monthly rental fee for 1 month subscription will be a 20% premium to the 3 month subscription fee for the same product. For example, if the 3-month fee is $50/month for this product, the 1-month subscription fee will be $60/month. The subscription can be extended beyond 1 month on a month-to-month basis. A delivery fee of $30, in addition to the pickup fee of $30, will also be chargeable on short-term subscriptions.

    The lease term starts the day the products are delivered to your address.

    Payment

    We use a secured recurring payment system by Stripe. On the day you order, we will charge a one-month subscription and a one-month refundable deposit. Your card will be charged on the same calendar date every month based on the order date until the end of the subscription term.

    The lease term starts the day the products are actually delivered to your address and ends on the same calendar date of the last month in which your subscription ends.

    Please note your delivery date could be a 1-2 day difference from the billing date. But rest assured that you will be utilizing the product for the full subscription length.

    The refundable one-month deposit will be returned within 7 days of your subscription ending.

    We will email you an itemised invoice after each billing cycle.

    The charges on your statement will be from Esevel Pte. Ltd.

    Subscription

    You will receive an order acknowledgement from us along with an itemised invoice and a copy of the subscription agreement that you signed upon checkout. We will then contact you to confirm the scheduled delivery date.

    Absolutely. To extend your subscription, please write us at hello@esevel.com at least two weeks before it ends. To change your subscription term, just email us when the need arises.

    No worries! We know that circumstances can change.

    If you need to end your subscription before your term expires, please let us know at hello@esevel.com at least 2 weeks before your desired pick-up date.

    We will adjust your charges to reflect the actual subscribed term. You will be charged the difference in monthly rates between your chosen term (the term chosen at the time of your order) and the actual term at the time of early cancellation.

    The additional charge due at early cancellation will be calculated as follows:
    Monthly rate for actual term – Monthly rate for chosen term * Number of months of actual term

    If your actual term falls below 3 months, a delivery fee of $30, in addition to the pickup fee of $30, will also be chargeable.

    Once the subscription is over, you can choose to:
    1. renew your subscription at a discounted rate of 15%;
    2. exchange your products for other products and enter into a new subscription;
    3. purchase the product for a residual value (simply the retail price less the amount you have already paid for);
    4. or return the products back to us.

    Yes, definitely. If you love your items and want to keep them you can purchase them for their residual value. This is simply the retail price less the amount you have already paid for. Just reach out to hello@esevel.com at the end of your subscription and let us know!

    We understand that wear and tear happens. Our team evaluates damages on a case-by-case basis. If items are significantly stained or damaged, they may be subject to a cleaning and refurbishment fee.

    We take pride in the quality of our service and our products. In an unlikely event of damaged items arriving at your doorstep, we will take the items back with us to be replaced for you. Please write us at hello@esevel.com and we will get in touch with you.

    Delivery, Installation and Pickup

    Anywhere in Singapore

    You can select your preferred delivery date and time on the checkout page. Once you place your order, we will reach out to confirm your selected delivery date.

    Most furniture, except for desks and height adjustable desks, can be easily assembled in a matter of minutes. Desks and height adjustable desks may take 20-30 minutes to install, and require tools such as electric screwdrivers. If you prefer not to handle this, we can help with our white-glove installation service. Please select this option on the checkout page.

    Yes, we can upon special request. Please write us at hello@esevel.com to arrange.

    Please reach out to us at hello@esevel.com and let us know you’d like to schedule a pickup. Please give us at least 14 days’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate your requested pickup date. We ask that you please keep the original packaging and return the items in it, to avoid generating unnecessary waste.
